These terms apply when you buy or use a plugin from quickquotecrm.com. The site and plugins are run by JMAP Solutions, A55 CDA Sector 7, Cuttack, Odisha 753014, India (“we”, “us”). By buying a licence you agree to these terms.
1. What you buy
A licence gives you, for 12 months from the date of purchase: the plugin, all updates we release, and email support. Each licence covers one plugin on one website. The price is shown on the pricing page at the time you buy.
2. Software licence
Our plugins are released under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2 or later, like WordPress itself. The GPL governs your rights to use, study, change and share the code. Your paid licence key gives access to updates and support; it does not limit the rights the GPL gives you.
3. Renewal and expiry
You can renew a licence for another 12 months at the price shown at the time of renewal. If your licence expires, the plugin keeps working on your site, but you no longer receive updates or support until you renew.
4. Support
Support covers help with installing, setting up and using the plugin, and fixing bugs in the plugin. It does not cover custom development, problems caused by other plugins, themes or hosting, or changes to the plugin’s code made by you or others. We reply by email, usually within one business day.
5. Payments and taxes
Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not see or store your full card details. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout, and we issue an invoice for every purchase.
6. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
7. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your website, its backups, and the data you collect with our plugins, including following data protection laws that apply to your business. Please take a backup before installing or updating any plugin. You must not share your licence key publicly or use our plugins for unlawful purposes.
8. Warranty and liability
We build and test our plugins carefully, but they are provided “as is”, without any warranty that they will be error-free or suit every website. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost data, profits or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the licence in question.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you buy or renew applies to that purchase.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Odisha, India.
