This policy explains what personal data JMAP Solutions (“we”, “us”) collects through quickquotecrm.com, why, and what choices you have. We collect as little as we need.

What we collect and why
- When you contact us: your name, email address, phone number if given, and your message, so we can reply and help you.
- When you buy a licence: your name, email address, billing address, country and any tax details, so we can deliver your licence, issue invoices and meet tax and accounting laws. Card and payment details are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
- When a licensed plugin checks for updates: your licence key, your website address and the plugin and WordPress versions, so we can confirm your licence and offer the right update.
- When you browse this site: our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser and pages visited) for security and to keep the site running.
Data inside our plugins
The customer, quote and sales data you manage with our plugins is stored in your own WordPress database. Our plugins do not send that data to us.
Cookies and third-party services
This site uses only the cookies WordPress needs to work, for example to keep you logged in. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address with Google. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell your personal data.
Who we share data with
Only service providers who help us run the business: our web host, our email provider and our payment provider. They may process data outside India, and only for the services they provide to us. We may also share data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept for as long as needed to help you. Purchase and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Licence data is kept while your licence is active and for a reasonable time after it ends.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent you gave earlier, under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other laws that apply to you. Email contact@quickquotecrm.com and we will respond within 30 days. Some records, such as invoices, must be kept by law.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
